Please bring a medium-size box laundry basket or large cooler when picking up your order.
NOTE: Angel Food Ministries reserves the right to replace items on the menu due to quality, cost and availability.
There are two ways to order:
The first way is by coming In Person:
At the Cheswick Presbyterian Church
1401 Pittsburgh Street, Cheswick, PA.
Someone is available to help you Monday – Friday (9 AM – 11 AM)
Bring either Cash or Food Stamps (EBT)
(Remember no personal checks)
Or the Second way is that you can order by By Mail as follows:
Send either a Money Order/Cashiers Check: Address
Cheswick Presbyterian Church,
1401 Pittsburgh Street,
Cheswick, PA, 15024
and make your Money Orders/Cashiers Checks payable to:
“Cheswick Presbyterian Church – AFM”
YOU MUST INCLUDE A STAMPED SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE with your order form so we can mail back your receipt. (Please note that we are not responsible for mail service delivery).
Mail-in orders MUST be received by Wednesday, February 13, 2010.
Late orders will be returned.
NOTE: orders will also be taken on Distribution Day for the following month.

DISTRIBUTION DAY: Saturday, February 20th , 2010
If your order is not picked at your designated time slot on Distribution Day~It will be donated.
